A short note on what we collect, and why.

01  ·  WHAT WE COLLECT

Three things, all of them given by you on purpose. The qualification form on the practice page. Anything you write to us by email. The metadata Cal.com captures when you book an intro call (your name, the time, the brief you typed). Nothing further. No fingerprinting, no covert tracking, no inferred attributes.

02  ·  WHAT WE DO WITH IT

Read it. Reply. Decide whether the engagement is a fit. We do not profile, score, segment, enrich or sell any of it. The only person who reads inbound is Nomi.

03  ·  THE QUALIFICATION FORM

Nine questions, used to decide whether we are the right desk for the work. Submissions sit in a private Firebase project, encrypted at rest, region-locked to the EU. Two-factor on the account. Read by Nomi only.

04  ·  COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

There is no third-party analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no Hotjar, no Mixpanel. A single first-party cookie remembers whether you accepted the consent banner. That is the whole cookie inventory.

05  ·  THE NEWSLETTER

Optional, opt-in only, sent through ConvertKit. Every dispatch carries a one-click unsubscribe at the bottom. We never re-subscribe a removed address. We do not share or sell the list. It is read by Nomi and dispatched by Nomi.

06  ·  CAL.COM BOOKINGS

When you book a thirty-minute intro call we hold the time, your name, your email and the optional brief you typed into the booking form. Stripe is not involved at the intro stage. No payment information is captured for first calls.

07  ·  SUB-PROCESSORS

Firebase (Google Cloud, EU region) for form storage and hosting. ConvertKit for the newsletter. Cal.com for bookings. Cloudflare for DNS and edge. That is the entire list. We will publish a dated change-log here if it grows.

08  ·  DATA RETENTION

Form submissions: 24 months, then deleted. Newsletter records: until you unsubscribe. Booking records: 36 months for accounting. Email correspondence: kept indefinitely on the personal account it was sent to, unless you ask for it removed.

09  ·  YOUR RIGHTS

Email privacy@seefconsulting.com to read, correct, export or delete anything we hold on you. We will reply within fourteen days. No forms, no portals, no escalation tiers. A person reads the inbox.
